SB 1020 - Current law requires the Director of Revenue to award fee office contracts through a competitive bidding process. This act provides that, if no competitive bids are received, the Director shall be authorized to enter into a contract with a political subdivision, service organization, or other reputable business to become the agent.JOSH NORBERG
