SB 1373 - This act prohibits the Secretary of State and local election authorities from removing any registered voter from either the Missouri Voter Registration System or the list of registered voters unless, among other criteria, the voter has not voted in the previous five calendar years. This act is identical to SB 444 (2025), SB 1243 (2024), SB 723 (2023), and SB 1194 (2022) and substantially similar to HCS/HBs 1818 & 2345 (2024) and HB 1379 (2020).
