SB 1383 - This act ends the current pilot program for agricultural education in elementary schools after the 2026-27 school year and requires such program to be implemented at all elementary schools statewide beginning in the 2027-28 school year. Provisions of state law requiring the State Board of Education to form a work group to develop academic performance standards shall not apply to this act. This act is identical to SB 823 (2025), HCS/HBs 1555 & 1026 (2025) and a provision in HCS/HB 642 (2025).
