HB 36 - This act removes from existing law the requirement
of a minimum enrollment of at least one hundred and twenty-five
pupils per school site for eligibility for the Department of
Elementary and Secondary Education program to provide guidance
counselors in grades kindergarten through nine. This act is
similar to HB 1118 from 1994.
