HB 66 -- Drug Trafficking

This bill creates the class C felony of drug trafficking via common carrier. A person who trafficks drugs in the first or second degree (as defined in section 195.222 or 195.223 RSMo) through the use of a common carrier commits this crime. "Common carrier" is defined.
