HB 97 - Under current law, the Board of Directors of the
Community Services Childrens' Fund is appointed by the governing
body of the adopting county or the City of St. Louis. Under this
act, the St. Louis City Community Mental Health Board of Trustees
shall also serve as members of the board for the Community
Childrens' Services Fund.
