HB 128 - The act makes technical changes in existing law pertaining to the courthouse restoration fund for the 22nd judicial circuit (St. Louis City).
Also, the act provides that all funds collected pursuant to this section before August 28, 1995, shall be credited to the courthouse restoration fund to be used pursuant to the provisions of this act.
This bill is identical to SB 11.
