HB 141 -- Elections
This bill specifies that at each statewide and local primary election, a separate ballot for each party entitled to participate in the election will be available. Each voter at each statewide and local primary election will receive the ballot of one and only one political party. The choice of political party selected by the voter will be recorded at the time of choosing by the election authority
