HB 182 -- Sales\Use Tax
This bill levies the state and local sales tax on certain intrastate and interstate long distance telecommunication services. State revenue derived from the imposition of this tax will be deposited in the Missouri Library Fund established in the bill for the purpose of funding public library services and the development and maintenance of information technology in Missouri.
This bill contains an emergency clause.
