HB 216 -- Outdoor Advertising
This bill permits any city, town or village to enact orders or ordinances which are stricter than state statute. Such orders or ordinances may prohibit outdoor advertising or may regulate the height, number, size, lighting, and spacing of outdoor advertising. In conjunction with such orders or ordinances, the city, town, or village must provide for the promulgation of rules and regulations and the issuance of permits and fees therefor.
