HB 237 -- Kansas City Public Transportation Sales Tax
This bill decreases the rate of the Kansas City public transportation sales tax from 0.5% to 0.4% effective January 1, 1996. It also extends the expiration date of 92.5% of the revenues from the tax from December 31, 1995, to December 31, 1997.
