HB 244 -- Duties of Employers and Employees
This bill requires all employers to provide prospective employees with a description of the physical work requirements of a job. In addition, an employer may require a prospective employee to provide a medical history of illnesses or accidents which could affect job performance. This medical information may be used as evidence in a workers' compensation action.
