HB 257 -- Bingo
This bill exempts non-management persons participating in the actual operation of the game of bingo from the requirement that they be a member of the organization conducting the bingo game for 2 years, as long as they are a bona fide member of the organization, not specifically paid or compensated in any way for operating the game of bingo, and are a volunteer.
