HB 269 -- Ballot Measures
Under this bill any defeated statewide ballot measure or local ballot measure may not be resubmitted for one year. This provision is not to be construed as preventing a distinctly dissimilar measure from being placed on the ballot.
Additionally, petition circulators may not receive compensation based on the number of signatures collected. A violation of this provision will constitute a class A misdemeanor.
