HB 271 -- Solid Waste Management Fund
This bill requires that the Solid Waste Management Fund grant moneys formerly allocated for recycling at landfills be used to implement Solid Waste Management District plans. Funds are allocated to districts on a per capita basis, with a minimum of $45,000 per district.
