HB 290 -- Air Bags
This bill prohibits auto body repair shop operators from purchasing for resale any air bag from any source except from an authorized agent of the manufacturer of the air bag, an authorized agent of the motor vehicle manufacturer, an authorized wholesaler of the manufacturer or the motor vehicle or the air bag, or a licensed salvage dealer.
