HB 299 -- Drivers' Licenses Examinations
This bill requires all drivers' license renewal applicants to be road tested at the following intervals: (1) ages 16 to 73 every 9 years; (2) ages 74 to 79 every 3 years; (3) age 80 and over every year. Drivers age 74 and over will be required to take and pass a physical exam before each license renewal.
