HB 303 -- Board of Healing Arts
This bill requires the Board of Healing Arts to consist of at least 5 members who are graduates of professional schools approved and accredited by the American Medical Association and 2 members who are graduates of professional schools approved by the American Osteopathic Association. The bill also says that not more than 5 members of the board can be affiliated with the same political party and when meeting 5 members of the board constitute a quorum.
