HB 306 -- Motor Vehicle Titles
This bill permits any applicant for titling a vehicle at least 25 years old who cannot produce the source of title to obtain a new title if the applicant can establish proof that the applicant is in rightful possession of the motor vehicle and can establish to the satisfaction of the Director of Revenue the reason why such source to title cannot be produced.
