HB 322 -- Driver's Licenses
This bill makes any person who operates a motor vehicle upon the highways of this state without a valid license guilty of a class A misdemeanor with a fine of not less than $500. Whenever a person's driving privilege has been suspended due to failure to maintain financial responsibility, the person will be required to pay $2,500 to be reinstated. Present reinstatement fees vary depending on the number of prior suspensions.
