HB 352 -- Disciplinary Proceedings for Licensed Professionals
This bill establishes a statute of limitations regarding disciplinary proceedings for licensed professionals. No disciplinary proceeding can be commenced unless formal charges have been filed within 5 years after the alleged commission of the violation.
