HB 358 -- Campaign Finance
Under this bill candidates for elective office in third class counties are exempted from filing an affidavit stating whether or not they agree to abide by the campaign expenditure limits at the time they file for office with the Secretary of State. Such candidates will be required to file an affidavit stating that they do not agree to the limits upon exceeding the campaign expenditure limits established for the elective office sought.
