HB 366 -- School Bus Operators
This bill prohibits issuing a school bus operator's permit to any applicant who has pled guilty to or been found guilty of any felony or misdemeanor for violation of Missouri drug regulations, any offenses against the person involving the endangerment of a child, or any felony or misdemeanor for a weapons offense.
