HB 417 -- License Plates for Commercial Vehicles
This bill requires that when the owner of a commercial motor vehicle registered in excess of 54,000 pounds returns the license plate or plates to the appropriate official in the state where the license plate for the commercial motor vehicle was issued, a refund or credit will be issued by the Director of Revenue.
