HB 432 -- Special License Plates

This bill will require the issuance of an alternative license plate to the personalized license plate. The plate will bear the name of this state, the words "Where the West Begins," the month and year registration expires, and an arrangement of numbers or letters as will be assigned from year to year. The plate will be light blue on the upper portion of the plate and fade to a whitish-yellow color on the lower portion of the plate. The middle of this plate will have an imprint of the state. The imprint and all lettering will be in black, except the letters and number combination assigned will be in red. In addition to the additional fee there will be an additional fee of $5 charged for each set of alternative license plates.
