HB 490 -- Interference with Probation and Parole Officers
This bill makes it a class A misdemeanor, for any person to knowingly impede, interfere, or obstruct an employee or officer of the Board of Probation and Parole in the performance of his or her duties. The bill also makes it a class B misdemeanor to attempt to interfere, impede or obstruct.
