HB 509 -- Pearl Harbor Day
This bill designates December 7 as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. Teachers and students will observe this day with appropriate exercises, citizen are requested to devote some portion of the day to solemn remembrance, and state agencies and all political subdivisions will fly the U.S. flag at half-staff on this day.
