HB 525 -- State Employees Health Care Benefits
The bill requires the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan to offer a fee-for-service health care plan, at a cost equal to the lowest cost of other plans offered, to full time employees or elected officials of the state, if the employees or officials commute 50 miles or greater more than 70 days a year.
