SCS/HB 573 - This act allows the Department of Social Services, subject to appropriations, to use, administer and dispose of gifts, grants, or in-kind services to carry out the caring communities program. It would also allow the Department of Social Services to award grants to qualified entities to carry out the caring communities programs.
This act is similar to SCS#2/SB 445.
