HB 607 - Upon approval by the voters of the municipality, this act allows the governing body of any municipality to impose a sales tax for the purpose of funding capital improvements. Currently, cities in St. Louis County are not authorized to impose a capital improvement sales tax.
This is similar to SB 338.
