HB 615 -- Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program
This bill establishes within the Department of Health a system that issues check-vouchers to persons eligible for the special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children or WIC. Approved WIC products can be redeemed at an approved food retailer. An advisory committee will be appointed by the director of the department.
