HB 698 -- St. Louis Teacher Retirement
This bill revises the definition of "compensation" for members of the St. Louis public school retirement system. Compensation earned by a person who becomes a member of the system after December 31, 1995, that exceeds the limitation established by the Internal Revenue Code will be excluded from calculation of retirement benefits.
