HB 699 -- Regional Convention and Visitors Commissions
This bill establishes a new fiscal year for each regional convention and visitors commission. The new fiscal year begins the first day of July and ends the thirtieth day of June of
the next calendar year. An audit will be performed by a certified public accountant before the end of the first fiscal year of such commission and every third fiscal year. The accountants will prepare a report for the chief executives and the board of the district.
