HJR 13 -- Bingo
This amendment to the Constitution allows non-management persons to participate in the actual operation of the game of bingo if they have not been a member of the organization conducting the bingo game for 2 years, as long as they are a bona fide member of the organization, are not specifically paid or compensated in any way for operating the game of bingo, and are volunteers.
