This proposed amendment to the state constitution requires moving the principal offices and public records of the Department of Corrections to Kansas City, the Department of Social Services to the City of St. Louis, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to St. Louis County, and the Department of Natural Resources to the City of Springfield.
