SB 259 - Health benefit plans in the state are prohibited
from limiting coverage in several situations. Coverage may not
be limited because of a preexisting condition. Coverage may not
be limited for people who were covered under a different plan
within the last 30 days. Also, coverage may not be limited for
over 9 months for others.
