HS/HCS/SB 268- This act amends certain Missouri Supreme
Court Rules to make these rules consistent with HB 174 et. al.
which provides for certain changes relating to: certification of
juvenile offenders; juvenile records; juvenile hearings;
fingerprinting and photographing; the custody of children by the
Division of Youth Services; and the inclusion of parents or
guardians as parties.
