SB 481 - This act provides that, in condemnation proceedings
in St. Louis County, the court shall appoint three persons as
Commissioners to assess damages arising from the condemnation.
At least one Commissioner must reside in the city where the
condemnation occurs and all Commissioners must reside in that
county. Current law requires that all commissioners reside in
the city where the condemnation occurs.
