SCS/SB 482 - This act provides for a $5,000 salary increase for all circuit court clerks except for the clerk of the City of St. Louis. This increase shall take effect on January 1, 1997. Starting in Fiscal Year 1998, this compensation increase shall be adjusted for inflation.
This act is similar to SB 399 from 1995.
