SB 508 - This act authorizes the Department of Revenue to permit the electronic transfer of a taxpayer s records from another taxing entity. When such transfer occurs, the taxpayer shall not be required to file a duplicate paper copy of such records.
This act shall be effective for all tax periods beginning on
or after January 1, 1997.
