SB 545 - This act requires all health insurance policies for families to cover immunizations for children. Several specific immunizations are listed. Health maintenance organizations are included in the section requiring coverage for sicknesses of children.
The authority to consent to immunizations may be delegated
by a parent or given to another without delegation if the parent
is not reasonably available.
