SCS/SB 555 - This act allows the Department of Social
Services, subject to appropriations, to develop three
demonstration projects designed to prevent the premature or
unnecessary institutionalization of Missouri's elderly citizens
in St. Louis City, Kansas City and in region 2 of the Area Agency
on Aging. The Department could expand the program within its
appropriations.
