HCS/SB 575 - This act grants an extension to the building completion date of certain facilities which had received approval by the Division of Aging on plans of construction by August 1, 1995. The facilities which received the extension are:
(1) RCFs I & II which will be licensed by the Division of Aging by August 1, 1996; (2) Combined skilled nursing facility and RCFs I & II located in a tax increment financing district; (3) RCFs I & II located in any 1st class county without a charter form of government with an assessed valuation of at least 1 billion dollars but not more than 1.5 billion dollars; and (4) RCFs I & II which are located in a nursing home district which is contiguous to a public hospital district located in a 3rd classification county.
This act has an emergency clause.
