SB 587 - This act provides civil immunity for volunteers,
age twenty-one or older, of organizations who are negligent in
performing volunteer activities for children under age eighteen.
If any damage or injury was caused by the intentional or
malicious conduct or the gross negligence of such volunteer, such
volunteer is not immune from suit.
