SB 592 - This act requires that voters be provided with a single primary ballot at primary elections, so that they can vote for candidates from either or all parties on the ballot. At the present time a Missouri voter must specify which ballot he/she wishes at the primary election.
This bill is nearly identical to SB 327 from 1995.
