SB 619 - This act would require the publishing of legal notices affecting titles to real estate in first classification noncharter counties without a daily newspaper in some daily, triweekly, semiweekly or weekly newspaper of general circulation in the county, which has published for at least one year.
Under current law, such notices, for all counties, must be
published in a daily, triweekly, semiweekly or weekly newspaper
located in the county, which has published for at least three
years, and which has bona fide subscribers.
