CCS/HCS/SCS/SB 657 - This act enhances the criminal penalties for livestock theft.
This act states that a person who steals property listed in
Section 570.030.3, RSMo, may be charged for separate counts of
stealing if the value of each individual item of property exceeds
$150. Any person with a prior conviction of livestock theft
pursuant to Section 570.030.3(3)(i) who steals livestock defined
in said section with a value of over $3,000 is guilty of a Class
B felony.
