SCS/SB 660 - This act would require certain election authorities to make computerized voter registration information available for upcoming elections.
Election authorities with computerized registration
information shall make it available for the 1996 primary and
general elections. Election authorities with the technology for
computerized registration but who do not have the information in
the computer system shall make the information available for use
in elections after the 1996 general election. The Secretary of
State shall promulgate rules which place limits on the fee
charged for this computerized information.
