SB 665 - This act provides for an option to the establishment of a sewer district in a county of the second classification as set out in Sections 249.763-249.810.
Under existing law the board of supervisors is elected. This act provides for an appointed board of five members.
The act also provides for the creation of a sewer district
in an area of a second classification county and an adjoining
area of a city which is not connected to the city sewer system at
the present time.
