SCS/SB 677 - This act provides that special permits allowing movement of oversize loads of farm products shall allow for movement between sunset and sunrise. Such permits would be subject to appropriate safety lighting requirements, limits on load dimensions and consideration of high traffic density between sunset and sunrise on the route to be traveled.
The act contains an emergency clause.
